Awful. No one showed up to help, we were essentially on our own for three days. The admitting nurse & the doctor quit before finishing their work, so my Grandma had to deal with us trying our best. The next service (Promedica/Heartland) put her on daily visits immediately. The only bright spot about McClaren was their on-call nurses, who actually showed up. They gave us a crash course in how to actually give care like this. Otherwise, I am furious. My Grandma suffered (even just a little) because of this business & I will never forget that.

Ashley is the best! So kind, patient, and caring. I would recommend it this hospice service over all others I've experienced.

Just found out today that you completely lied to my doctor saying I refused to answer my phone and no visits were done. Bit odd since I saw a nurse twice a week for 3 weeks. Also did a visit after I was officially discharged on Feb 11
