Mary Field Presbyterian Apartments

Mary Field Presbyterian Apartments is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older located in Southwest Philadelphia's Kingsessing neighborhood. The community offers 168 one-bedroom apartments as part of HumanGood's four-building 58th Street Campus, which also includes the Ann Thomas, Greenway, and Witherspoon apartment complexes.

The apartments feature energy-efficient central heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. A medical screening room is available for visiting doctors and health care workers. The campus is close to public transportation and the Francis Myers Recreation Center.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet owners must inform management about pets and follow pet rules regarding registration, inoculation, sanitary disposal of waste, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout the premises. Residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement and must ensure that neither they nor their guests smoke in apartments or anywhere on the property.
