My husband, who passed away this past winter, had been a resident of Marbridge for four years. The level of care he received throughout this time was exceptional; never did I witness any of the staff showing anything but kindness and compassion. Mr. Bower, Marbridge’s owner, was always available to discuss and respond to any concerns I had. Holidays were always festive, with good food and beautiful decorations. There was live music every Saturday afternoon and every day there were activities ( among them lectures, movies, bingo, exercise programs) to appeal to different interests and abilities. The cost was all inclusive and was not increased for the entire four years. Marbridge has my highest recommendation.

Staff is terrible especially the one at the front desk!! Very disrespectful and hateful . Went in for a tour and was asked “What do you want” I explained i was looking to see if i could bring my nana there and was disappointed by the neglect and hate i received

Marbridge has provided exemplary elder care for both of my parents through the end of their life. Their top-level residence in Cheshire has a homelike environment that also facilitates medical care and accessibility. Their resident's entertainment lead is brilliant. Their fresh, tasty meals are amazing, with a considerable staff behind them. And the carers go out of their way to make sure my mom has her lifelong cup of tea available. Thank you, Marbridge, from the bottom of my heart.

My mother was blessed to reside in the care of the angels at Marbridge for the last year and a half of her life. When she was no longer able to live on her own, we were fortunate to move her into Marbridge. The facility is bright and clean and she felt at home there. The staff is caring and sensitive to the needs of the residents. They met my mother “where she was at” during her final journey. She enjoyed and was grateful to the people who cared for her. She had a special relationship with the residents who she shared her meals with and they looked out for her like family. The quality of care was impressive and the approach of the staff is clearly established from the owner Mr . Bower. Our family will be forever grateful.

Call fir information. Man named Louis answered the phone I told my reason for calling. The next thing I knew I was put on hold and the it hung up. No a good first impression
