I had a wonderful experience with Marbella Oroville Assisted Living & Memory Care. From the moment I arrived, the community felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to support residents’ comfort and well-being. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and professional, always taking the time to make residents and their families feel heard and supported. It’s clear they are passionate about the care they provide. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. I also want to highlight Blaine, who was incredibly patient and guided me through the entire process. His support made everything feel much more manageable and reassuring during what can often be a stressful time. I was especially impressed by the level of attention given to residents in both assisted living and memory care, with a strong focus on dignity, safety, and quality of life. It’s not easy to find a place you can truly trust, but Marbella Oroville stands out as a compassionate and reliable choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I’ve had the best experience with one of the coordinators for Marbella in Oroville and he deserves a huge recognition. Blain my family and I thank you for being so amazing and going above and beyond to help us navigate all the issues that come with placing a loved one. Anyone that is looking at Marbella I hope yo get the opportunity to work with Blain. I knew we would love Marbella because he represents what Marbella is, which is caring and friendly. Marbella Oroville is an excellent assisted living community that truly prioritizes the comfort, dignity and well-being of it's residents. The environment is warm and welcoming. One thing that really stands out is the great communication and genuinely friendly staff. Families and community partners are kept informed, and the team goes out of their way to be approachable, helpful, and kind. Blaine in Admissions, is a fantastic resource. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to help families navigate assisted living with patience and care.

Marbella Oroville has been such a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a team that is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The staff truly go out of their way to make residents and families feel comfortable and supported, which creates such a warm and positive environment. One person who really stands out is Blaine. His communication is fantastic—he responds quickly, answers questions clearly, and makes the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Moving a loved one can feel overwhelming, but Blaine makes it easy and efficient. He works quickly while still taking the time to ensure everything is handled with care. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care and the move-in process is simple and well-organized, Marbella Oroville is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Marbella Was such an amazing, warm, open environment. Blaine made sure to have so many resources lined up and ready before I got to the facility. Memory care was the cleanest one I have seen in Oroville and they did everything that they could to ensure that myself as well as my parents would be comfortable. I think this is the best place I’ve seen BY FAR.
