I recently had the opportunity to learn more about this assisted living community, and I was truly impressed with the experience. From the moment I reached out, Rebecca was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. In addition to Rebecca’s wonderful support, all of the staff I encountered were warm and friendly, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and peaceful. The rooms were very spacious, which really added to the overall sense of comfort and quality. It’s clear that compassion and professionalism are a priority here. Rebecca’s caring approach, combined with the inviting environment and dedicated staff, made what can often feel like an overwhelming process much easier to navigate. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming environment for their loved ones.

It is so refreshing to walk into an assisted living community like Country Crest Senior Living! Their Activities staff does a wonderful job creating engaging games, crafts, and events that support their resident's lifestyles at all levels. Whether it be for Independent, Assisted, or Memory care - you can feel the dedication of their team in this country setting. The Memory Care at Country Crest has wonderful views of the valley and a unique design that allows for privacy that is supportive of their needs. I recommend a tour if you are searching for a community in Oroville - Rebecca and Irene are wonderful at sharing the story and feeling you can expect at Country Crest.

Country Crest Senior Living offers a wonderful environment for seniors with a variety of care options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite care. It’s great to see a community that can support residents at different stages while still creating a welcoming and comfortable place to live. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. She did a great job explaining the different care options and helped provide a clear understanding of the services available. The community also seems to do a great job creating fun and engaging activities for residents. Bingo in particular is a big favorite and something the residents really enjoy, which speaks to the lively and social atmosphere they’ve created. Overall, Country Crest Senior Living seems like a warm and supportive community for seniors.

Country Crest Assisted Living has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The facility is clean, warm, and has a true sense of community. I want to give a special shoutout to Allie in admissions — she is absolutely wonderful! Allie is incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire transition process so smooth for our family. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported every step of the way. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with compassion and professionalism, Country Crest is the place to go. We are so grateful we found them!
