Maple Ridge Retirement Community is an all-inclusive independent senior living community located in West Omaha, Nebraska, situated along the Elk Creek greenway. The community offers independent living with 24/7 service, resort-style dining, and beautiful accommodations in apartment homes that include full kitchens, spacious closets, and walk-in showers with safety features.

All services and amenities are included in one monthly rent with no buy-in fee, including three chef-prepared meals daily through the Signature Freedom Dining program, housekeeping, utilities, internet, cable, concierge services, valet, and transportation. The Chef's Pantry offers fresh sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, and grab-and-go snacks between meals. Additional services available on-site include a bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon. Should residents need additional care, they may contract with third-party in-home healthcare providers to age in place.

The community offers an extensive calendar of activities and programs including fitness classes, card games, movies, workshops, and live entertainment. Residents have access to a gym with balance classes, treadmills, stationary bicycles, and weights, as well as a library and theater. The RLC Travel Program allows residents to stay in guest suites at sister communities for free. Social events, activities, and entertainment options are designed to keep residents active, social, and engaged throughout the week.

Maple Ridge is located in a convenient area near shopping, dining, healthcare, and parks. The community is situated next to Target, Walmart, and Costco, with ample medical and business services nearby. Pets are welcome at Maple Ridge, including cats, dogs, and other animals, and residents are encouraged to enjoy all-inclusive living with their furry companions. The community operates on a month-to-month rent basis with no hidden fees or long-term lease requirements.
