Our family has had a great experience with TheKey and the respite care services provided for my grandfather. It has given us peace of mind knowing they are in capable and dependable hands while we take time to manage other responsibilities or simply recharge. We hired The Key about 2 weeks ago to help my mom at her assisted living. We cannot say enough positive things about the whole onboarding process and how helpful and kind everyone has been. My mom has, so far, absolutely loved all of her health care workers and has had zero complaints. She’s very happy and seriously, that’s all that matters to me. They really matched her up with some great ladies who really care about her, want to help her, and take excellent care of her and responding at light speed to her needs! They really worked with the schedule as well to get everything in place and fill any holes or conflicts! Our case manager, Julie has just been more than amazing to work with and has helped me immensely! We definitely made the right choice, what a great company!
