My mom receives great care from everyone. The nursing staff, the social workers the physical therapists and even the housekeeping staff are all very helpful and kind to her. We feel very fortunate that there was a room available for her when the time came. It is a great place.

If you are looking for a family friendly facility to have your loved ones rehabilitated; you need not look anywhere else. The staff are wonderful and the communication to family is incredible. They make you feel like family. I was never worried about my mother at any time.

This is a review of the great care Sarah (OT home health) gave to my mom. Sarah is very patient and kind and did everything to ensure my mom was confident and comfortable in doing everyday activities. She also helped get my mom set up with a lymphatic massage body suit that is essential in the healing from her breast cancer surgery. Thank you, Sarah, for being such a caring, patient and kind person.

My husband transfered from a skilled facility in Bellevue to long term care at Brookstone Village. His mobility has improved in the first two weeks than it has the past two years at the prior skilled facility. The food is delicious and there's a variety to choose from! He rarely has to push his call light because they will anticipate his needs. The staff are friendly and polite. The social worker is very informative, organized, and the communication is excellent. The business office is easy to work with. Overall we're very happy with Brookstone Village, my husband's care is definitely prolonging his life.
