Harmony Davenport is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that combines short-term rehabilitation with long-term care in a tranquil, home-like setting. The community takes a multi-disciplinary approach to care, aiming to help residents heal physically and achieve their highest quality of life and well-being.

Rehabilitation services include daily physical, occupational, and speech therapy tailored to each individual's needs. Therapy focuses on improving strength, mobility, range of motion, and the ability to safely navigate daily activities, supported by educational resources and one-on-one attention from trained professionals.

The community offers specialized post-hospital rehabilitation for recovery from surgery or illness, as well as customized orthopedic rehabilitation for guests recovering from hip or knee replacement, spine surgery, or other orthopedic procedures. Therapists work closely with guests and their physicians to build individualized rehabilitation plans, supported by on-site clinical equipment.

Wound care at Harmony Davenport uses an interdisciplinary approach with advanced treatments such as E-Stim, ultrasound, and negative pressure therapy for chronic wound management. Certified wound care nurses provide on-site consultations and ongoing care as part of the treatment plan.

Beyond clinical care, residents have access to an activities department that organizes outings and social opportunities, and the community has undergone renovations, including updates to the first floor, to enhance the living environment for residents.
