I was debating to leave a review but honestly I needed to inform others out there do not allow your family members to live here I have seen many facilities but none comes to as horrible as this place. I came to check this place out and to ask questions for one of my loved ones and I was blown away and not in a good way. The outside looks beautiful. But the inside the smell is horrible while I got a tour of the place I noticed alot of room lights going off and being ignored the smell of pee and poop was so horrible its like they don't change the residence or they just leave the waiste in the room or maybe they have a horrible sewage problem. Observing this place I could tell the residence are not taken care of very well at all some are crying out for help and being told to be quiet. And to top it all off I asked to speak to someone in charge of the food I wanted to ask questions and see if they would let me see how the kitchen was kept since the rest of it was horrible. I was thankful they let me see the kitchen and ask questions.. the manager and some of the kitchen staff just don't care I heard racial comments and noticed they was picking on a light skinned young black man witch was so wrong and the manager didn't do anything about it but laugh and they stood around they made this young man do everything the discrimination was obserd I wish I would have gotten that young mans name he don't deserve that treatment and that treatment I don't want for my loved ones there was a roach spotted and before I could say something the young man said something but was discreet about it im thankful i was listening hard and already seen it and right then and there the manager threatened to fire him and spoke so poorly to him I hope and pray they didn't fire him. He had the cleanest appearance and the only one cleaning.Between the treatment I observed along with the roaches and mold smell and dirty kitchen I will not bring my loved ones here nor recommend this place to anyone.

Caring doesn't exist in this care facility. It's a beautiful place just no caring. Took 4 hrs and 3 request to get Tylenol for pain after having knee replacement. No one answers nurse calls at night for anything I guess it interrupts party time. You tell me!!!
