Independent Living Duplex Townhomes

To complete the continuum of care, Duplex Town Homes are available for those individuals who desire a more independent style of living without the worry and burden of upkeep and maintenance of a house. The Town Homes, which are located just north of the Davenport Lutheran Home campus, provide a unique lifestyle with privacy and self-reliance.

Each of our elegant fourteen Town Homes features:

•    two bedrooms
•    spacious living area
•    two bathrooms
•    four-season sun room
•    attached garage
•    private entrance
•    self-cleaning stove
•    microwave oven
•    dishwasher
•    refrigerator

Assisted Living

The Assisted Living Apartments were developed to provide living accommodations to individuals who were finding the daily responsibilities and tasks of life more complex and burdensome. We believe that if senior adults continue a normal lifestyle and continue to make their own choices with minimal assistance, they will continue to thrive, live with dignity.

Most services are included in the monthly rental fee; however, some specialty services require an additional charge. All services are provided by a specially trained team. These individuals are trained and qualified to promote the independence and dignity that each resident deserves. Each resident is able to receive as much assistance as desired.

Secure Care

Opened in the fall of 2017, the Memory Care Unit is a secure area that provides a safe, caring, supportive, and low stimulus environment for our residents coping with Alzheimer/dementia related illnesses.

Unique Memory Care Amenities

The Memory Care Unit features:

•    Private suites for each resident

•    On-site beauty shop

•    Outdoor Secure Courtyard

•    Cognitive Therapy Programs

•    Built in shadow boxes outside each resident suite
