If I could leave a zero star review i would. This place is the worst nursing home ever! They constantly mistreated my grandfather up to his last days. Always took his clothes and claimed it was lost. They have no training in dementia and took advantage of it. They wanted him gone and they got their wish. The head nurse should have her license revoked and needs honestly looked into on how many of these residents are treated.

If you care about your love ones do not take them here find a better place I wish we did he would of still been with us

I am really happy here the staff is especially out going if you have a problem you can go to either Justine or Katie and tell them what's bothering you and they'll take the time to help you work through it.All the staff here is outgoing we have a good set of nurses here they also are willing to answer your questions about orders you have or the medication your taking we also have a great set of CNA and CMA there always take the time to handle your care as if they were taking care of à family member. Our house keeping staff is. good at keeping our rooms clean and a pleasure to stay in. Our laundry is very efficient at doing our laundry and getting it back to us in a timely matter. Our kitchen staff prepares us well balanced diet it is always delivered hot and a pleasure to eat.Our nurse practitioner Rachel is very outgoing and friendly she shows great care and concern for the clients here at Harmony she is always looking out for here clients.Ot and physical therapy group always takes care of there clients and they take great care of there clients.I have been here for several years and have enjoyed my stay here at Harmony another area that I'm fond of is activities they have a good selection of programs offered if there's something you would like to see offered you can suggest it and they'll see if it's possible to offer an.d in most cases it is.I go several of the groups and i thoughly enjoy those to each of them. The dept that needs to be mentioned is the maintenance they do a good job at keeping all the problems together that might arrive in the building. We can always count on things being done in a timely matter.
