Affordable Assisted Living

Our Mission is to provide a quality affordable assisted living options through the promotion of choice, dignity and independence.

Irving Point is an affordable assisted living center promoting choice, dignity, and independence for individuals 65 years and older. Irving Point is 100% handicap accessible and offers 1 and 2 bedroom full size apartments. Our 24 hour on site support services are provided by Comfort Care which includes Individualized Service Plans to meet identified needs and desired services of our tenants. Services offered but not limited to, medication management, meal preparation, personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming), housekeeping, and skilled nursing services. A 2 meal a day nutrition program (lunch and dinner) provided by Elder Services, Inc. Our amenities program includes a 24 hour in house emergency responses system with a wearable pendant, access to overnight staff, ongoing assistance in applying for subsidies and an activity program. Recreational and social activities include bingo, crafts, exercise classes, movies, cooking groups, religious services and more. Irving Point has also formed a walking group called the Silver Streakers, who frequently walk inside and outside, depending on the weather, with the activity director. There are also many community rooms including a private dining room, media room, computer lab, salon, private bath suite, craft room, library and laundry on each floor. Financial subsidies for rent, utilities, and support services are available to those who qualify. Irving Point will assist persons in identifying eligibility for subsidies. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and genuine care that the entire team provides to both residents and families. What truly sets this community apart is the leadership—especially the administrator, Sally Page. Their presence is not just behind the scenes; they are actively involved, approachable, and deeply committed to creating a positive environment. You can tell they lead with both professionalism and heart. Their dedication to quality care and staff support shines through in every interaction. The staff consistently go above and beyond, treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. This is more than just a place to live—it’s a community that truly feels like home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional assisted living care.

Irving Point is a great place for the residents to call home. The Residents rave about the wonderful meals. The food is just like a home cooked meal. The kitchen Staff source garden fresh produce (green beans, tomatoes, zucchini squash ect....and also make special meals to honor a resident on their Birthday. The Residents rave about how good the meals are. One of the favorite requests is BBQ Ribs. The kitchen will make wood fired personal pizza or even omlettes and waffles for a special experience. On Holidays a extra special menu is planed and served.

I love Irving point and I’m very happy to be living here!! I have a beautiful apartment and there are always activities going on. My children are very happy that I’m here. Comfort care services are excellent. They do my housekeeping and laundry. Comfort care staff are very good and are my extended family along with the other tenants .
