Mallard Bay I been here since June I have had my ups and downs but no one is perfect. They have a really good therapy department and activities is really good. There is a lot of hard workers here and they always smile and talk to the residents like normal people I will be coming back after my knee replacement

I go there with my mom 3 to 4 times a week. Every time we go there is 2 girls in a wheelchair and they are cussing loud talking about getting high and talking about sex in the lobby.....the one with the one leg is always looking high and smelling like weed more so at night but it all happens in the day time people brings their kids in here to visit love ones they may not see again if you tell the workers they say all they do is give her a warning and that she just got caught with a THC vape ....what's gonna happen when she overdoses? This should never be ok especially in a family oriented place we are looking to move my aunt because one lady said if you don't like it leave so hopefully we can find my aunt a place soon

This place is HORRIBLE. First of all they’re dirty and you can get sick quick in here. There was poop and blood on the toilets and my mom had to physically clean it herself. It’s disgusting, and grandmother was sent here and got sick on multiple occasions. Also, my grandmother has bad seizures in their care and they didn’t contact my mother. Do NOT send your loved ones here because this place doesn’t even tell you if something happens to them before it’s too late. This place is messy, the staff is half nice and half rude. Also, and lastly, this place has a phone number on the door but when me and my mom went, we had to wait 20 minutes before someone answered. Quite literally 1 out of 4 because that’s the lowest we can review. This place is horrible don’t go please.

My father was recently assigned to Mallard Bay for rehab following surgery on a broken leg. The staff was extremely attentive and kind whenever we talked to them but some serious things went wrong while he was down there. First, he got both Covid and pneumonia. Now maybe there’s no real way to stop the spread of germs in a facility like that but it happened. Second, they lost his belongings which thankfully were just shoes and clothes. When we visited some days he was clothed in items that did not belong to him which potentially suggests shirts and pants are collectively shared between patients rather than being tracked. Third and worst he was allowed to sit in soiled underwear for a period of time. This has cause infection and soreness that is still there one week after leaving the facility. It is disappointing to see reviews on Google that are substantially similar to our experience, particularly around the changing of soiled underwear and losing people’s belongings.

Do NOT allow your loved one to be in this facility!! This facility needs to be shut down immediately! They have zero concern for their patients well being! They let their patients sit in their feces for 5 hours. They promise the patients for 2 weeks that they will get a shower and never do. Some nights there is no night nurse, therefore medication is never administered! Again, why is this facility still open!?! They are absolutely horrendous!
