Don’t put your loved one here! They don’t do proper rounds on the residents, leading them to fall out of bed for hours unattended, the “cook” makes prepackaged food or doesn’t handle the fresh food properly so they don’t end up with food poisoning. Such as leaving a bag of frozen protein in a utility sink while sheets and clothes that are soiled with fieces get rinsed out. The medications aren’t handled properly and the residents will go days without it certain meds because refills weren’t called in properly. Not to mention sexual harassment isn’t taken seriously.
