I've hired a visiting nurse twice who used her long experience and wisdom about people to assess both me and my symptoms. Could not ask for more. Thorough, professional, goes beyond.

Sarah was AMAZING! I has many bad experiences in the past that gave me anxiety over having a home infusion. Sarah's care was so amazing I'm considering having my other infusions done at home with her. She respected my fears gave me the time I needed and was just a wonderfully caring individual. Never in a million years did i expect things to go as well as they did and it's all because of Sarah!

I am so grateful for the level of care the BrightStar provided. I am especially grateful for my amazing nurse, Andrie. Her professionalism, knowledge, and skills set her apart. She is a truly exceptional nurse. Thank you Andrie and BrightStar for taking care of me through one of my toughest experiences.

I'll start with the positive and share that the office was a pleasure to deal with in that they were responsive and communicative; however, my nurse, Kathy, seemed always to have a scheduling issue and/or time management issues and who, without warning, called to tell me she was no longer able to help me. I was shocked. This is the first time I've ever used home health and couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism, in particular in a medical setting. She continued to call and text me to justify or explain her actions, and again, I was shocked. It was almost bizarre. My interactions with her were stressful at a time when I needed to focus on healing. To say I didn't find her reliable is an understatement. I'd say BrightStar should vet their nurses better, and I hope follow up with me directly on this experience. I'd be hard pressed to recommend them to anyone as a result of my experience with this nurse.
