Our Dad was in the Easton location before passing from bone cancer. The staff is absolutely amazing. I have never seen such an incredible team of caregivers. The facility is beautiful and very welcoming. Our Dad loved the whole team. He also always enjoyed the meals. We are so grateful for all they did for him, as well as for us. They became family. We would recommend this facility for anyone that wants the best for a family member.

My mother has been a resident of Arcadia in Easton since July. Words cannot express how relieved I am knowing that she is well cared for in this lovely facility. The staff are patient and caring, the facility is clean and cheerful and the home cooked meals are wonderful. The decision to put a loved one into assisted living is such a difficult one. I only wish I had moved my mother in sooner. I visit often and the staff is always welcoming. The atmosphere is family like and the staff treat the residents with respect and dignity. I’m very grateful to for the wonderful care my mother receives.

My mother in law has been at Arcadia for a month and has settled in nicely. The staff is wonderful and making her feel at home! Shannon has been instrumental making the transition and I feel so relieved that Jackie is being care for!

Arcadia Assisted Living of Easton is top notch. My dad was one of the first residents there as this site has been in operation for about 4 months. He had been a resident at 3 other locations and Arcadia of Easton was by far the most reasonably priced, had the most caring staff, and the attending physicians and nurses always updated me regarding my dad’s health concerns. I would show up unannounced and every time I found my dad in the best care. My dad, who had dementia, was difficult at times, but the staff always remained patient, professional and attentive. He recently passed away at the facility and during his last days the Arcadia staff made accommodations to have hospice care come in for additional care. I know my dad was comfortable and at peace when he passed- this was a result of everyone’s efforts. If you’re looking for a place that will put your mind at ease please reach out to Shannon as she will explain every detail and you will quickly learn why you should have a loved one who needs extra care become a resident of Arcadia Assisted Living of Easton.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff. After I moved to the Eastern Shore from Towson, my sister and I decided to move our almost 98 year old mom to Arcadia in Easton. It was brand new and when my mother was a resident, there were only 4 other residents. Sadly she was there for less than a month, but they were her most comfortable weeks in the past 3 years. She came from Brightview in Towson, where, even though it wasn't very large, the residents did not receive the kind of attention they should. As soon as we moved mom in, she settled into the hospital bed provided by Talbot Hospice, – also a wonderful organization – with a sigh and said, "Oh, I'm comfortable at last." The sheets were soft and pretty, and her bedroom accommodated everything she needed, included her large dresser. The facility was clean and well maintained, but it was the staff that really made it a home. In just one example, I came to see her and there was a young staffer who was just sitting in a chair next to mom, holding her hand. I asked if something was wrong and was told, "No. She just wanted company." This was not an isolated experience. When mom mentioned that she liked pizza, the staff ordered out pizza for everyone. The kept watermelon that I brought in the fridge so mom could have it whenever she liked. The food that was prepared in the lovely kitchen always looked fresh and appetizing. I only wish we had moved Mom in March when I first moved down here so that she could have had more time in such a warm and caring environment. - Cathy Evans
