My mother has been living here for a few months and this place has by far met my expectations of what an assisted living should be. Anytime I walk in, the house is clean and residents look clean and well put together. JJ is always very helpful with answering my questions and if she doesn’t have an answer right away she will reach out to people so I can receive the answers I need. Everyone here is very lovely and kind. But I will say JJ has stood out to me the way she loves and cares for these ladies makes me feel so at peace knowing my mother lives here. Even when she’s busy if a lady calls her name she will stop what she’s doing to help them with anything. I’ve seen her running around trying to get things done but she always makes time for “her ladies” as she calls them. She’s definitely a gem, and this place is by far exactly what I was looking for.

My Mom has been at Arcadia Denton 1 for 2.5 weeks and we are THRILLED!!!! The care the exceptional. Everyone is so kind, patient and compassionate. My Mom's room is beautiful and spacious, with lots of natural light. She has her own private bathroom, attached to her room. She is encouraged to engage and interact, coming to the common area for meal times and activities. The facility is exceptionally clean, spacious and lots of natural light. This place is a gem. I am so thankful.

This is the most wonderful place❤️ if you have to<br>Put your loved ones somewhere , this is the place to go the staff are loving , the home cooked meals and activities you can’t get better!!! I highly recommend you check them out ,

I just checked my phone. I have called arcadia 20 times today to reach my father at Arcadia Denton. I have been given the run around horribly. I am exasperated. It feels like he is locked away and unreachable.<br><br>This morning I still could not reach my Dad. Not until after I called the police to do a welfare check that I was able to talk to my Dad. I later got a call from someone in management who tried to downplay my concerns by saying “check out our reviews”. If you look at the reviews, you see a disturbing number are from employees. It is not just that they may be biased, but it raises the question whether Arcadia’s management may be perpetrating review fraud by instructing its employees to create genuine looking reviews that are not actually genuine.
