Issue after issue and it never gets addressed. DON changes as much as the seasons (that's tells you something). ADON who has been consistent is terrible. Another new administrator who is incompetent. I'm sure they make a lot of money and can't even make updates to the place. My father's room looked like something out of a skeezy motel.

This is a HORRIBLE ,ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE Nursing Home. They did not give my mother a shower for 3 weeks. They allowed her roommate to steal from her for a year before they decided to remove my mother out of the room And allow the roommate to free-for-all in all of her belongings then and will not allow her to go back in the room to get her belongings. The director of nursing and the administrator are very, very rude and unprofessional.

This facility is CLEAN! They clean my dad's room twice a day. The staff is amazing! They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This is my dad's second admission, and his first choice for skilled nursing care and rehab. April 2025.

The Denton nursing and rehab has a friendly staff and very helpful in your needs. the nursing staff done my meds and dressing on time daily and PT got me up and going. The food is really good with a homemade taste, the rooms are cleaned daily and restocked if needed. Activities are designed to help patients to get out and associate with other residents and staff. They have activity such as movie time, bingo, cooking. Reading and coloring for people who can't get out of bed or their room. This is my second stay and I would stay again if needed, it's a good place. They have made a difference in my life and I thank each and every one of them!
