My grandmother was here for short term care. Jerna not only made a seamless intake for her but continued to give us peace of mind with how she treated residents as if they were her own family.

Had a family member stay here. Nothing but good things to say. Answered every one of our questions/concerns if they arose. Overall great experience.

I just had to share my wonderful experience speaking with Jerna in admissions. Every question I had about the facility she was well knowledgeable and happy to help. I am looking to relocate my father and this may be the location. Keep up the great work and hospitality.

The place need’s to be closed down , It’s a death trap. No heat in the winter , no air conditioning in the summer. Tha alarm system took 18 months to fix and now it’s broke again . Corporate don’t want to put any money or updating in the place . It’s had 6 administrators in 12 months and not one has been licensed. The staff don’t want to work there and just do the bare minimum . All the management say their hands are tied and can’t do anything. The food is disgraceful and not edible. I spoke with maintenance today and they said all the a/c units need replacing but corporate won’t spend any money . If you want your loved one to have care and get better then avoid this place . Corporate just send a robotic automated response exactly the same each time . The a/c will only get fixed when a patient dies and they have a lawsuit on their hands . But then it will be too late …

I was visiting a friend yesterday. There are no bed rails on any of the beds. His roommate clearly had a "fall risk" bracelet and, guess what, the man fell out of bed. No alarms on the beds either. I called for help and sat with this man until help arrived. The staff just stared at him while deciding what to do. Nobody comforted him, nobody covered him up, nothing. He was scared and cold. Then they left. I went back to him and did my best to cover him up and tell him what was happening. They finally came back and were upset with him because he wouldn't roll over and they scolded him for falling out of bed. Really? What if I wasn't there to call for help? This place is disgusting, the care is non existent and the staff self absorbed. They need to be shut down and/or taken over by caring individuals. I wish I didn't have to give it 1 star to write this. My true score is a big old 0.
