We’re in the early stages of building our new home with K.Hovnanian Homes, and so far the experience has been fantastic. Our sales consultant Caroline Alshab, has been an absolute standout from day one. She’s knowledgeable, organized and has handled the entire process smoothly. Communication is clear, expectations were set properly, and there have been no headaches or surprises. Overall , the entire process has been seamless and stress free. We feel supported, informed and confident every step of the way as we move toward closing in a few months. Buying a new construction home can feel overwhelming, but Caroline has made it smooth. She answers every question clearly, keeps us updated and genuinely cares about helping us make the right decisions. We walked into the Four Seasons Easton and we met and worked with Skyler who is a consummate professional. She educated us and walked us through the process step by step. She demonstrated over and over again how much she cared about our home search experience and sincerely wanted us to achieve all our goals. Skylor worked with me tirelessly on the purchase of my new home at Four Seasons @ Easton , Maryland. It was a virtual purchase as I had been living in Fl for approximately 8 years.. Skyler Oberdove was rewarding to work with at KHovanian homes at Four Seasons , Easton Md. She had a wealth of knowledge about this Four Seasons development in Easton Md. Skyler understood the different model homes offered and able to answer all questions from structures, appliances, special KHovanian offers and incentives from financing to quick move in perks. Skyler also had knowledge about other KHovanian history in Md. Skyler had answers to the future here at Four Seasons. Pleasant to converse with. I had confidence with Skyler and at the end of my first visit, I said I want this and started the process to purchase. I’ll recommend all to stop in and speak with Skyler Oberdove about KHovanian Four Seasons homes in this 55yr and older community! Which also has a lifestyle director. Pool, pickle ball courts, tiki bar , Clubhouse, bicycling/walking paths, exercise programs, etc..
