In less than a week after making my phone call, I visited the Cambridge store to be fitted with my new CPAP. Sam was excellent in explaining every detail about my new machine and took the necessary time to make sure that I had the perfect fit for my headgear and pillow/mask. Sam made sure all of my information was up to date and explained the new app to order my supplies when needed and to see the detailed results of my previous night's sleep. Thank you Lincare and I will highly recommend the Cambridge store to anyone in need of a CPAP.

The customer service representative working the office is very aggressive and unprofessional. She interrupted my conversation and hang the phone up in my ears. Very disrespectful and lack of communication and interpersonal skills. I will no longer do business with this unprofessional people, she also kept delaying my doctor order because I did not allow her unprofessional behavior to be ignored.

The only problem I have a portable oxygen machine that doesn't work properly, when I reported the issue I was told " we don't have anymore their all out I would have to go back to the heavy tanks. UNEXCEPTABLE! Other then that great
