My sister lives here. She is given fantastic care. The owner, Julie, is extraordinarily competent in memory care. She has 20 years of experience and is super helpful in so very many ways. The home itself is set up beautifully. There's a lovely garden where the residents can pick their own vegetables. There is live music once a week, and holidays and birthdays are well-celebrated. The rooms are beautiful. There are two full-time caregivers on staff. I couldn't imagine better accommodations for my sister.<br><br>Two years on: My sister resided at Magnolia Gardens for two years until her passing yesterday. Words can’t fully capture the exceptional care she received in this lovely home for six women. With two caregivers always on duty and highly experienced owners Julie and Adrian, always available, the around-the-clock, personalized support tailored to my sister’s dementia and Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy was exceptional. They met her needs, even as her cognitive abilities faded, and her behavior changed.<br><br>The home’s dedication shines through every stage, from early dementia to hospice. Family can visit without calling in advance and are greeted with genuine warmth. The homemade meals fill the air with comfort, and the open, light-filled living room provides a true sense of a beautiful home, not a facility.<br><br>Residents spend time outdoors when weather permits, wearing sun hats and sitting in a beautiful garden. Each resident is cared for at their best level.<br><br>Compared to other places available, Magnolia Gardens exceeds expectations in every way possible: homey but professional; experienced and caring staff; true 24/7 care; and individual needs are met perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate care for a loved one.
