By far the WORST facility I have come across. My 90+ grandfather is in care at this facility and has been neglected multiple times due to lack of care from this faculty and staff ! He was not even in their care for a few hours from a hospital discharge due to a “fall” and was BACK WITHIN LESS THAN 5 hours ! If you live your family member DO NOT pay this facility to do NOTHING . If this is not neglect I don’t know what else would be

I would highly recommend Maggie Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation. When my papaw was placed there the staff was always outgoing and nice and very helpful to lend a hand in anyway needed. And the place it's self was always clean and gave such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that it truly felt like home. My favorite was the bird room were you could go and visit and watch the beautiful birds with your loved ones.It always seemed to bring me piece of mind, and the Elk was also a great experience for the most at Christmas time. It seemed like you were watching Santas reindeer which made it magical.
