I had a great experience at Genacross. Every employee I encountered was incredibly polite, positive, and genuinely willing to help. It really stood out how approachable and attentive everyone was—they made sure I felt supported and taken care of throughout my visit. It’s not often you come across such consistently friendly and helpful service from an entire team. Highly recommend!

Nice facility, terrible and inconsistent staff. Nurse Leslie I believe was her name let several emergency lights go off w/o attention. Unhelpful and clearly prejudice nursing staff.
