Genacross Lutheran Services Napoleon Campus is a continuing care retirement community in Napoleon, Ohio offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and therapy services for seniors of all faiths. Bavarian Village provides independent living in 14 one-story twinplex condominiums for seniors seeking maintenance-free living without household responsibilities like lawn care or snow removal. Residents purchase their homes through a Life-Lease plan, with Genacross handling the resale process and returning a portion of proceeds to the resident or estate.

Alpine Village offers assisted living with varying levels of care from moderate to comprehensive assistance, available at competitive rates in the four-county area. Recognized by the Ohio Department of Aging as placing among the top 25 assisted living facilities in the state for resident satisfaction, Alpine Village serves 40 residents in private studio or one-bedroom apartments. Care may include assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, walking, medication management, and housekeeping, with three restaurant-style meals served daily from a selected menu.

The Health Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from hospital stays, as well as long-term care for those with chronic illnesses.
