I had a family member at the Rupp Rehab facility. I visited multiple times a day including off hrs.. The staff was always quick to respond when needed and very professional, courteous and calming! Gold standard care! Thank you very much!

We have enjoyed the sunny disposition of the staff. We have also enjoyed the time that staff have spent with our loved one. The food has been great! The rooms are large, bright, and very much like a hotel. The PT, OT, and speech have been wonderful! I would highly recommend Fairlawn Haven to anyone in need of rehabilitation!

We were visiting to participate in a Tuesday worship service. The staff was very attentive to their patients and engaged when needed but also let them alone when appropriate. This helped everyone who attended focus on the worship, the sermon and to respond as they felt led. Staff was friendly and helpful to us as visitors and facilitators. Well done!

I needed to find out about my mother's condition because she hasn't been doing so well after her throat operation. I asked a nurse if she could tell me about my mom's condition and if hospice was helping, and she explained everything to me and looked up my mom's medicines on the computer for me. She did an excellent job explaining my mother's condition, because I was worried. I felt better then. I'm thankful for such wonderful skill and kindness this nurse treated me with! I appreciate her helping my mother! 🤗

My spouse has been a resident for 6 months. His care and physical therapy has been outstanding. I do have valid concerns over your current staffing levels. While I know this concern is spread across all industries right now it is still your issue to fix. I would recommend Fairlawn to anyone. Your employees are kind and caring. I love the faith based atmosphere of your facility!
