***UPDATE 12/27/2025***
RUN don't walk!! Take your loved one to any place other than this one. Under new management, but EVEN WORSE than anything I've experienced before they took over. We had been on a waitlist for Hillside for 2.5 years and in 30 seconds they threw all that work away. Every time my aunts asked me where we were on the waitlist it absolutely crushed my soul. To know that there's nothing I can do to fix what they have done has broken my spirit. They hold my aunts hostage now and I have no recourse. They confronted my aunts without my knowledge and got them to say they were happy where they were. It wouldn't be hard to do, they do not like confrontation nor do they want anyone to feel poorly. Even though I had been made to give permission for field trips and vaccines (which they gave even though I didn't give consent to one Covid because one aunt didn't want it anymore), they now claim my aunts are they're own persons and make their own decisions?! While my aunts are amazing at 89 & 92, they don't understand the fullness of what has happened. My aunt called me from her bathroom so that no one would hear her ask if Hillside was no longer an option. They then proceeded to LIE for days about sending over medical records for Hillside's review. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH WHAT THEY HAVE DONE??!! But they can and they have. Now I feel sick to my stomach thinking about visiting my aunts. They may have slapped paint on the walls and cleaned the floors, but very little has changed in the year they've had ownership other than to be silent to emails for requests from follow-up doctor appointments to asking for evaluations for my aunts to have motorized scooters so that they can navigate the length of the facility. NOTHING has been done and ZERO responses to emails. They give dates & times for care meetings that I have no say in, either their way or the highway. I still work for a living! And their care meetings offer no insights to my aunts wellbeing, all Yolanda does is ask if they have concerns or complaints, but even if they do nothing is done. Their laundry continues to be a issue. To check their closets and find them almost bare is a common issue. Want better for your loved ones than for them to be treated like an asset Majestic stands to lose.

The only good reviews you'll find about this facility are by the people that work there, that should tell you all you need to know!

Our family member is well- cared for and loved by the staff. We’ve been there for 6 years and have seen many changes and improvements. The new activities director is amazing and goes above and beyond every day. No place is perfect, but the every level of staff has always been helpful and kind to us.
