My mosm been in that nursing home since jan 2026 and they're not taking care of their residents like they should and today my sister went to go see our mom and they left my mom crouched over in a chair for hours and didn't come get .her till my sister walked in and both feet and legs are badly swelled again and she has severe back problems and hip problems and with them leaving her in a chair all day she's in severe pain the state and health department needs to do something or me and my sister are gonna sue the hell out of this place.she was hunched over in the chair for over 4 hours and was complaining about her back and butt hurting and she was severely cold and with our 74 year old mother having all these problems and her having stage 4 lung cancer she cannot be sitting in a chair like that for hours. Any advice on what I can do to get these issues addressed or should I go about talking to a lawyer to sue this place.

Caring staff and management,they go above and beyond,home atmosphere,like an big family,clean facility.Food is very good as well

Understaffed, place needs repairs, needs cleaned better, could benefit from caring staff as some are just there. They lose personal items. Residents call lights are on for over 30mins at times. They don't check oxygen tanks. My mother called me and she was delirious, I rushed up there, her oxygen was not in her nose and her oxygen was at 58%. Staff is often rude. Sink is often plugged in room because they rinse out bedpans in it. Physical therapy pushes residents beyond their capabilities without knowing their medical history..
