This place is staffed heavily with agency staff from Detroit, Toledo, Cleveland and Lima area. Most of these folks are only here for the money and do not provide adequate care. The facility is poorly maintained and is nasty dirty overall. The food is atrocious and delivered cold. Will never come back to this place!

This place is terrible. They fire and get rid of all the good nurses and hire people from Cleveland who don't care at all for the people living there. There is a lack of care and hygiene because they are to busy sleeping and playing and talking on their phone. I can't believe this place hasn't been looked at by the health department.

I would never send a family member or friend of mine to this place. If they feed them, the meals are nothing. Last night they received a fruit cup and a turkey sandwich with what looks like 1-2 slices of meat. The residents deserve a hot meal but they haven't been served a good meal in months. Apparently the kitchen can't get along or won't show up to work. Sounds like a good house cleaning and new workers that actually care. Don't send your family here unless you want them to starve. Elder abuse at a nursing home, you can't starve your residenta.

They do not pass messages on to their residents and have restricted calling times which are not stated anywhere. Would not let my dog stay there
