Good luck trying to get your money back after corporate sells your apartment once you leave. My dad’s apartment sold on 10/31/2022 and he should have received his $230+K by 11/10/2022. Multiple phone calls, emails later, the check is supposedly in the mail. I’ll believe it when I see it. Corporate is very slow to respond and should not be holding on to money that is not theirs.
