Throwaway account. My mother died here. Not only did they not make me aware the time was near (after her death a cna told me she was showing all the signs the day before), but you'd think a place like this would offer condolences. Not here. They lost her clothes, put water out of her reach regularly. Don't send your love one here.

I just visited my great aunt at The Oaks and I am so happy that she moved here! The grounds are beautiful and the buildings are immaculate! The staff was very friendly to me during my visit and the lunch was delicious. I rented an onsite apartment for my short stay that was across the street from my aunt and it was so comfy and clean. I'm so impressed with this facility and she seems happier than ever to be here. They have really paid attention to every detail at The Oaks. 5++++ stars!

The grouch that answers the phone was no help at all, she sounded so miserable with zero personality!! She hung up on me before I could finish my question, she was extremely rude & unprofessional!!! She needs to find a different job that does not include dealing with the public.

My Mom just moved there in November - and we love it! It's a safe environment, beautiful grounds, efficient use of space in the garden apartments, good food and a very friendly, happy retirement community!
