⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was extremely grateful with the care of my Brother. Administrator Buddy Forrest was extremely kind, professional, and very informative throughout the entire process. He made sure all questions and concerns were addressed with patience and compassion. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, helpful, and friendly every time I interacted with them. You can truly tell they care about the residents and families they serve. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. The therapy department was absolutely incredible — attentive, encouraging, and dedicated to helping patients reach their goals. Their teamwork and positive attitudes really stood out. DON Cheneka was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and hands-on. Her leadership and clinical expertise were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure quality care and communication. She truly advocates for the residents and supports the staff in a professional and caring manner. Overall, this facility demonstrates outstanding customer service, compassion, professionalism, and teamwork. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care for their loved one.

I can’t say enough good things about Pierremont Healthcare Center. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism my dad received during his stay truly meant the world to our family. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Even during busy times, the team was always friendly, patient, and willing to help with anything we needed. That kind of consistency and kindness does not go unnoticed—it made a difficult time so much easier for us. A very special thank you to Director of Nursing Cheneka and Administrator Buddy for leading such an outstanding facility. Your dedication and commitment to excellence clearly show in the way your staff cares for residents and their families. We are incredibly grateful for everything you all have done. my experience with Pierremont is very sacred to me. My grandmother lives here, and seeing the care she receives every day reassures me that she is exactly where she needs to be. Her therapy is tailored specifically to her needs, and the environment is very conducive to helping her stay comfortable, active, and supported. The activity department is wonderful and always inviting, creating so many fun things for the residents to enjoy—from Super Bowl parties to relaxing manicures and other engaging activities that keep everyone involved and uplifted. I also truly appreciate the role of the social workers who ensures the integrity of each resident’s treatment plan is followed and properly implemented. Knowing that my grandmother’s care is taken seriously and that the entire team works together for her well-being gives my family and me great peace of mind. at Pierremont Healthcare Center, my grandmother is surrounded by people who truly care about her dignity, comfort, and quality of life every day.”

One of my family members live at this nursing home, and our family has been very happy with the care she receives. The staff are always kind, patient, and attentive to her needs. They treat the residents with respect and make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. It gives us peace of mind knowing she’s in a place where the workers genuinely care and provide such great service. We’re very grateful for everything they do.

Our family recently had a short rehab stay at Pierremont Healthcare Center for my mother, and we were truly pleased with the care she received. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the administrator, Buddy, which immediately made us feel welcomed and supported. The Director of Nursing, Cheneka, along with the entire floor staff — especially Shan and Kim — were consistently kind, attentive, and professional. The therapy team was encouraging, patient, and friendly, helping make a challenging time much more positive. Neva, the Social Services Director, was also wonderful to work with and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout the process. We are grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown to our family and highly recommend Pierremont Healthcare Center to others in need of rehabilitation care
