Update; Linden Village continues to pursue me for a final payment they are not rightfully due. It's all about the money with them and I advise anyone reading this to avoid committing your loved one there. There are many other assisted living facilities which are less expensive and actually care about their residents. My father was left unattended and unconscious resulting in loss of motor skills due to lack of oxygen to brain. He had to be placed in skilled nursing as a result. Linden Village still sends invoices for rent he does not rightfully owe.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linden Village and the exceptional care they have provided for my mother. From the very beginning, the entire team made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful situation feel manageable and supported.<br><br>When my mother was experiencing serious health issues and required hospitalization, the staff went above and beyond to assist with her transfer from one county to another and helped make the admission process as smooth and seamless as possible. Their guidance, communication, and attention to detail took so much stress off our family during a difficult time.<br><br>A special thank you to Janell, the senior care advisor , whose compassion, reassurance, and genuine care meant more to us than words can express. She was always willing to answer questions, offer support, and help us navigate every step of the process. Her kindness gave our family tremendous peace of mind when we needed it most.<br><br>The nursing staff has also been incredible. No matter the time of day, they have always been available to speak with us, address any concerns, and provide updates about my mother’s care. Knowing that someone is always there and willing to help has made all the difference.<br><br>Most importantly, my mother has been treated with dignity, respect, and kindness every step of the way. It is clear that the staff truly care about their residents and their families. We are so grateful for everything Linden Village has done for our mother and for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, and dedicated nursing home for their loved one.

My Mom was a resident in a dementia cottage for 4 to 5 years. I was very relieved and happy with her care. All of her basic needs were taken care of. She was safe, clean, warm and fed. She was entertained and stimulated. I was very happy with her care.

We've performed musical entertainment for these wonderful folks for over a decade, and the staff here is WONDERFUL.<br>They are engaged with the residents, and go out of their way to be positive and uplifting at all times.
