My 11 month old daughter was supposed to be evaluated for early intervention. I set up two appointments. One over the phone and the other over zoom. Nakita failed to call me for the phone interview and then called me 3 days later to make it up. Then said she was emailing me papers that I needed to have signed before the zoom interview and she never sent them until after the zoom interview was supposed to take place. I have no other choice but to go somewhere they’ll actually get my daughter taken care of. It comes to show how much they really care.
