Went to the office yesterday as my insurance got switched and my new insurance told me my new provider would be Lincare. After meeting with Stacey, I'm so glad I got switched. She was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to pull up my records and look over my charts. She was able to suggest a different mask and show us a couple other things that might help. I was so impressed with Stacey and I can't thank her enough for taking the time to listen to me and get me what I needed.

For a place that supplies necessary medical equipment, they arent knowledgeable or informative or helpful. I was absolutely shocked and the horrible level of service and care I recieved, as Im newly diagnosed and dont know anything about the equipment. Jennifer has a very rude attitude. Would not recommend.

The local office, I would give 5 stars. Dealing with the 1-800 customer service people, max of 2 stars. Billing department can't seem to understand that meeting out of pocket and deductible for the year means a zero balance. I've had to call the 1-800 number several times to get this corrected. They also shipped the wrong supplies. I had to ship items back before they would ship out the correct supplies, yet they were the ones who shipped the wrong stuff to begin with. I wish the local office had the option of taking care of exchanges likes filters, tubes, and frames. Locally, the staff has been helpful and good to work with. Call center, not so much.

Great service! I can’t remember the woman’s name that helped me but she was so helpful, nice, and kind! She was very thorough in explaining how to use my machine, mask, etc since I had no idea how to use it. 10/10 recommend!!
