Paid on equipment for a year and then they start wanting $400 a month for "rental" fees and wont provide detailed billing. Absolute scam!

Staff is fantastic and quick to answer any and all questions. They are friendly when they answer the phone and were straightforward with what I needed and got things handled quickly

Ordered supplies a month ago. Was told they would ship in a week. Now 3 weeks later I'm calling trying to figure out where my order is. As usual I get the run around and told there was no order placed then told waiting on insurance to approve was the issue. I get gruff and magically my order shows and it was approved all in twenty seconds. So now I wait another 7-14 days. I guarantee in 7-14 days I will be making the same phone call again to them with the same run around. I fricken hate this company!

I am usually very impressed with this location. But when I called today, Annie answered, and she spent 20-30 minutes of my time trying to connect me to different services, and disconnected me twice. When I re-called, Rebecca answered and was able to solve it in 5 minutes. Please PLEASE train your employees!!! This is ridiculous!!!!
