My aunt has been in here long-term, it seems like she’s getting good care. She’s always clean. Seems happy not a lot of complaints and the staff is very friendly.

My Mom arrived at LifeCare in December, 2025 at 93 years old , with dementia. I have been very happy with the very compassionate and supportive care she has received. My only complaint is that the activities that are scheduled on the monthly calendar don’t always happen. Mom was looking forward to an outdoor picnic today but it didn’t take place, along with no bingo in the afternoon.

Staff seemed helpful enough and patient. My cousin complained once about a bedpan that did not get placed at change of shift. The physical appearance of the center seems clean and welcoming. As I send this, my cousin awaits further medical diagnosis.

My husband was a patient at Life Care in Wilbraham for more than 6 weeks. It's hard to find the words to describe this facility. David received excellent care. The staff was understanding and very caring. We highly recommend Life Care in Wilbraham.

This was my first visit. My first impression was favorable. The air was fresh and the environment clean. The rooms are small and there was no chair for visitors. I guess we’ll try the day room next time. I wish there was an activity room with a pool table or air hockey. The residents seemed capable. I know my friend would love the addition. He told me the food is good and there’s some wonderful employees that really help him out. 12/12/25 I’ve visited my friend a few times now…and each time I’m a little more impressed. I was allowed to sit in on one of his physical therapy sessions… those people are just fantastic! They are professional and great with the therapy but more impressive is the way they care about the residents. I wouldn’t mind staying there myself. My friend was enjoying a Fidel festival in the day room…and today there will be an Elvis impersonator. Life is good at Life Care Center.
