Hampden Post Acute is the best rehabilitation facility in Western Massachusetts area. From the Administrative staff to all of the healthcare professionals and facilities management are the absolute best. If you need to have care provided for your love one, look no further. They care about their well being from admission to discharge, your love one will be cared for. They took care of my husband from start to finish. He had a wonderful time and experience. The staff must take credit for his success. I will continue to support Hampden Post Acute in any possible. THEY ARE MY FAMILY!!! And we love them unconditionally. Adrienne Osborn

My mother recently had a rehab stay at Hampden Post Acute, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care she received. From the reception staff ,nursing staff and therapist, everyone was compassionate, attentive, and truly amazing. They treated my mother with kindness and respect every step of the way. A special thank you to Director Nikki Willis, who went above and beyond to help our family. She was extremely helpful answering insurance questions and always returned calls immediately to address any concerns we had. Her communication and support made a very stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to the entire team at Hampden Post Acute for the wonderful care and dedication you show your patients and families every day. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive, and professional rehab care for a loved one.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Hampden Post Acute, and I have to say that I was truly impressed by the positive changes happening within the community. I had a scheduled meeting with Niki Willis, Director of Sales & Marketing, who personally greeted me and provided a full tour of the community. Niki was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the work being done there. She made the entire experience feel warm, thoughtful, informative, and genuinely engaging. From the moment I arrived, I was also warmly welcomed by Cheyenne at the front desk and Bob from maintenance. Their kindness and willingness to engage immediately made me feel not just like a visitor, but like part of their extended family. That first impression speaks volumes. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Carrie Beliveau (DON), Administrator Natasha Pieciak, and Sarah, an Occupational Therapist, who is absolutely amazing. Each person I met was approachable, professional, and deeply committed to the care they provide. It’s evident that under the leadership of Marquis Health Consulting Services, there is a strong commitment to improvement. The renovations are already underway and looking beautiful, creating a more welcoming and updated environment for residents and families. What stood out most to me was the energy of the team- there is a sense of pride, collaboration, and forward momentum that you can feel the moment you walk through the doors. I’m excited to see the continued transformation of this community and would absolutely recommend taking a fresh look if you haven’t been recently.

My dad was here for over 2 weeks and his care was wonderful while there! The staff were attentive and helpful. He was able to go from not having any strength to regaining enough to come home using a walker. We are all very pleased with this facility and would recommend! He also said most of his meals were great there as well.

The staff was fabulous, friendly and quick also polite. The downfall is when you walk in it smells like dirty diapers and it was tha way down the halls too. The bathroom I used was eh. The baseboards were really dirty and the toilet paper holder completely missing which I’m sure makes it hard for ppl to wipe themselves if they have to reach over right shoulder. My mom said some of her food was cold and she didn’t like it. Staff again great. Went and got her a grilled cheese sandwich.
