My husband just was admitted to Life Care of Skagit Valley. First day was good Now the call system is not working and residents are given bellhop bells to ring for care. What a joke. Most of the time whoever is on the floor, if far away, can't hear them little tinkling bells. My husband needed assistance and he rang the bell for half hour. Finally, it was the middle of the night he had to yell for someone to help him. I hope getting the system fixed is a priority for both the patients and staff's well being. There also seems to be a shortage of help.<br>.

Do not bring your family or loved ones here. The people here are not nice at all and are severely understaffed and there is 0 happiness here.

Visiting my sister who has been a patient for 3 1/2 years. She is well cared for and we love seeing the continual development in her relationship with the staff. She is content to be at this Life Care Center and we are happy with the facility!!
