My mother is at Life Care Center of LaGrange. She is happy and content and very well taken care of. The staff treat her like family and she absolutely adores them. I have total piece of mind knowing she is treated with respect and a great deal of love from all of the Life Care Center of LaGrange employees.

LCCOL is amazing. Everyone was so professional and helpful. I can’t say enough how great I was treated. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping and everyone else that was involved in getting me ready to go home. Deb, Michelle, Bonnie and so many others that were there to help me Occupational therapy for doing everything from helping with showers to working with me in the therapy room. I felt like family when I was there. I would recommend anyone who needs help with therapy to go to LCCoL

All around great staff! Not just directly with us, but I saw the staff interacting with individual patients (in the hallway, dining, going to rooms). A staffer name Cari was demonstrably compassionate and friendly with the patients. I saw even the maintenance guy Abel speaking very patiently and understanding to patients in the hallway. When all of the staff carries such compassion and care points to a great work culture and environment.

I was in rehab for 14 days. My experience is the staff greats all the residence with a smile. The food was pretty decent since they have to deal with older patients. I'm 67 and broke my hip. The therapist gave me challenging excersises and encouraged me throughout the process. I saw the therapist work with other patients with the same care and encouragement. No matter what time day or not my calls were answered pretty quick. Most within 5 minutes. If either my wife or I needed these services again I would come here

My Mom received professional and loving care while at LifeCare. The staff went out of their way to always make sure Mom was as comfortable and happy as possible. She dealt with a lot of health issues while there and we couldn’t have asked for better care. She passed away and during those hours/days they were incredible as well….they quickly became “family” to us all. Towards her final days hospice was called in and the staff of both LifeCare & Parkview Hospice worked so smooth together.
