Thurston Woods nicest place we have seen. Activities keeps folks so busy! Therapy tops at getting people back in shape. Girls working there all so friendly and compassionate, nurses all good and attentive. Surroundings all spotlessly clean. Everyone compassionate that is there. We enjoyed the experience we had there.

I came in to get my finger prints taken for a job and I had to bring my son with me. The main lobby front desk women was absolutely amazing! She didn’t make him seem like a burden (he was asleep the whole time and I was holding him) she really worked around him and made the experience good! We laughed a little but still got it done, thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Thurston Woods and the experience my family has had with them caring for my father. Dad was admitted into their care when my mother was no longer able to care for him at home. We researched a few different options and it seemed like this one met our family need the best. Dad received exemplary care. My mother was supported by a staff that truly went beyond helping Dad to helping her as well. Staff became like extended family to her during her nearly daily visits. But it was at the end of Dad’s life where we witnessed the extreme level of care. As Dad was going through his last day, they moved him to a private room. Many staff stopped by to say goodbye. Drinks and snacks were provided to our family. A custodian came in to change a furnace filter and before he left asked if we needed anything and directed us to vending machines. Administration stopped in to offer their condolences. In the end he passed surrounded by family but even more, surrounded by staff that cared for him.

Upon first visit, the Front receptionist was very nice and helpful. Looked nice and clean in the entry way (as far as I went). Outside the lawn was well manicured. I don't know the staff or how well the residents are taking care of so I couldn't give this place 5 stars.

My grandma has lived there for 5 years now. They take wonderful care of her, are very patient and attentive, and are very prompt when she lets them know about any structural issues or anything at all. She lives in the independent living, and the apartments are very nice, spacious, and have a good deal of privacy.
