I wouldn’t have gave a star but it made meThis facility should be shut down for good. My dad went here after being in the hospital a month and this place disgusting. I was with my dad everyday for the two days he was in there before taking him to another facility. I went there and he would be in a dirty or no depends, he was he never had his oxygen tube in his nose or the tubing would not be connected to the oxygen concentrator. He could not up his food or barely feed himself, they would bring in his food and just set it in front of him. I would call for a nurse to assist him and they wouldn’t come for over 30 minutes. His blood sugar levels did not get checked and his breathing treatments were not given. They did not do physical or occupational therapy. His bed and toilet would have feces all over them. The staff was rude and disengaged their patients. Several patients were yelling from their room needing assistance and the staff would be sitting at their station not doing anything.

Most of the nurses and Cnas are absolutely amazing. Therapy is getting my dad up and moving, so he can go back home soon. So he can be as independent as possible before leaving.
