My husband and I have had several excellent care givers and Lisa Rymer has been so supportive and helpful we appreciate all she does for our family. Hannah, Robert and Melinda were also great. We appreciate everyone’s help during this difficult period in our lives. Fred is adjusting to his new normals and health challenges and their support has been greatly appreciated.

Lorrie Price has been so helpful. I have always been an independent person, able to take of myself and family members, having been the "family nurse" over the years. However, in the past year I have had several major medical situations myself, the most recent being life-threatening. Lorrie stepped up and was such a great help when I got home from the hospital. She is always prompt and does things that need to be done without prompting from me. She is a good person and I am grateful to have her help, especially during this time when I am unable to do much myself. In my opinion she definitely deserves five stars!

I recently needed non-emergency medical transport for my Mom - a 2x stroke victim. Home Instead was referred to me by one of my Mom’s doctors. After meeting the manager of the Cleveland Office, I knew they were the right choice to handle my needs. We were assigned Rebecca for the day who handled all transportation and transfer needs. Rebecca’s kindred spirit, warm heart and engaging smile was exactly what I wanted in a Caregiver for my Mom. She treated mom with great respect, and showed unending patience as if she was caring for her own mother. My mom has been in and out multi hospitals and rehabilitation centers over the past 5 months - at 87 she has been a warrior in handling the setbacks of 2 strokes. She is now settled in at a Memory Care facility; for me her daughter and an only child, knowing that Home Instead is a service we can rely on is a God send - Having Rebecca on my team to assist with Mom when needed is a gift and a blessing beyond words.
