Incompetent, apathetic staff. A dirty, poorly maintained facility. This situation is unacceptable and demands immediate investigation. I will be raising this issue publicly until it is addressed.

The residents are happy and well groomed. The facility is clean, comfortable and very homey. The staff are helpful and obviously care very much about the residents. When I have a family member who needs care, that’s where I will take them- so they can get the best care!
