I can’t speak highly enough about Elite. They provided hospice for us when my wife was battling Alzheimer’s and after her passing, provided physical therapy for me. The very best people giving the very best care. Thank You Elite!

The nurses and other professionals did an excellent job of Karen for my right foot after I had an amputation. They were thoughtful and very caring about my disco, comforted and slow recovery back to what I am today. Fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

All the employees are friendly. Sydney was a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. Casey was the PT assistant and she was very personable. Melissa the nurse was very caring about my progress
