Id give 0 stars if I could I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go through this kinda services or management 0 communication till it's too late, I get more communication from my disabled clients then the management here. The clients going through this service id highly recommend going to any other service provider if you value your money, and your familys quality of service. They don't know how to care for the caregivers they hire.

I had an appointment for finger printing for a security clearance background check. When I arrived 10 minutes early I found a room full of people wanting for the same thing.. they explained that they were experiencing technical difficulties and there would be a bit of a delay. There were 8 people ahead of me and the line wasn't moving very fast.. I have to say that the people working there were very friendly and seemed to be doing their best to correct the issue.. the finger print process was pretty fast after another lady took over .. they just need to improve their over scheduling , time management and maybe give an heart felt apology for a 45 minute wait..

I think im receiving awful service because I don't pay enough into ANS for them to even bother. I qualified for 15 hours of service. Which ANS somehow managed to divide between two caregivers. One of whom smoked. In the car she drove me around in. That caregiver *disappeared* without explanation. Now, two of my shifts can't be filled. I know this, because I called ANS. They have not bothered to provide me with shift updates or provide alternate services. Ever. When I speak with the manager, Michelle, she consistently sounds flustered and unprofessional. I would not choose this service for my disabled or invalid relatives for the stated reasons.

ANS is hands down an excellent I'm home health care company to use for your loved ones. They are reliable, honest, and very efficient.
