Without a doubt, Legacy Care Home is the BEST assisted living provider in the Twin Cities!!! I have been in the social services field for over 25 years, visiting many homes for my clients, and Legacy Care Homes far exceeds others! Now that my sister needed services for Alzheimer's care, I knew what to look for and miraculously, we came across a Legacy Care home. From day one, Cat, the owner, and her staff have provided loving, person-centered care that takes into account my sister's wants and needs, not what was convenient for them. They have gone above and beyond to help her get the medical & social service care she needs & I thank God that we happened upon them!!!

If there were 100 stars I would check them all! It’s hard to put into words our gratitude for the loving care our family member received at Legacy Care Home! Jason and Cat were kind and compassionate, and moved mountains for us once they had a room open for our loved one. After months and months of searching for a higher level of care, doors just kept closing. When the doors to Legacy opened, I cannot thank God enough for all of the other unanswered prayers! The staff at Legacy are kind, committed, and work together well as a team. They clearly love what they do… A welcome change from traditional congregate care. Our loved one felt known and seen, and most of all, loved...all the way to the end of his life. Cat is gifted, intelligent, and compassionate. The team at Legacy Care Home will always be considered family to us!

Legacy Care Homes has been a godsend for my sister. The place feels like a family. It's always capturing the holiday or season or just something fun. Every worker is amazing, kind and caring. The food is outstanding and home-cooked. I think the thing I love most is that pets can visit. This is Rudy visiting my sister and he also makes the rounds with the other residents. I can't say enough good things about Legacy Care Homes, I have peace of mind that my sister is safe and cared for!

We placed our mom at the Legacy Care Home for initially respite care that later turned in to a short term placement. Our family has been so pleased with the care our mom received. From the Nurses, to the Care Givers, to the Facility Owners, they all were so respectful, compassionate and caring; You sincerely sensed that they so enjoy their job.The Legacy is a wonderful place. You will not be disappointed...we were not.

6/30 marks the one year anniversary of my husband’s first day at Legacy Care Home. It has been a journey for us. Deciding that I could no longer care for him at home was such a difficult decision. I am so thankful to be at Legacy. It is wonderful to be in a home setting! When guests come to visit for the first time, they comment on the nice atmosphere and setting. The staff is so welcoming . Their care is professional. They strive to provide personal and individual specific compassionate care. There is such a family atmosphere each and every day. Each member of the Hemp family management team makes me feel comfortable asking questions or raising concerns and my questions and concerns are addressed met in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Legacy Care Home.
