My mother is a resident at Ledgewood Bay and I am very happy and satisfied with the care she has been provided. The various activities and programs keep my mother active and interested for each day. The menu is varied, excellent, and she loves the flexibility to substitute foods and snacks that better suit her healthy diet. The employees are very motivated and happy to help out the residents with their needs. I am especially satisfied with the competent management starting with Robert and Shaun as their commitment to overall excellence is evident on a daily basis. This commitment is apparent as the employees follow this example which leads to resident satisfaction. Keep up the great work and I appreciate the access and feedback with upper management!

We have had Ledgewood Bay provide care for both parents who had differing needs. We have had excellent experience in both cases as would highly recommend them for either Memory care or assisted living. We feel that their care, compassion and commitment to making both of them feel like it is a home are what has given us peace of mind and confidence that it is a safe home for them.

Poorly managed and overpriced. The staff are wonderful and try their best, but they are constantly undercut by bad managers and a 'profit over people' mindset.<br>We were charged for an extra care plan that ensured personal check ins throughout the day. That didn't happen, but they were still happy to charge us for it.<br>The food is sub-par and straight from a can and reheated. The only time there's decent food is if there's a community party or a visit from other managers.<br>My father was on the Assisted living floors and at least a third of his neighbors qualified for memory care but were left to wander.<br>The building had the local fire department onsite because all the elevators failed and most of the residents are unable to use stairs in an emergency.<br>The only saving grace was that the caregivers and staff really did seem to care and do what they could.<br>There's plenty of other communities in the area that offer better care at a more reasonable price, i can't recommend Ledgewood Bay.

Ledgewood Bay in Milford, NH has been a wonderful place for our family. The facility is beautiful and the staff is exceptional and truly care about both residents and their families.<br><br>Our experience spans over 10 years—first with my grandmother, and more recently with my aunt—and we feel so lucky to have such a respected assisted living community right here in Milford. The facility is always clean and very well cared for, thanks to the dedication of Jay Duval.<br><br>Shaun Thompson, the Assistant Director, has been incredibly helpful from day one. His understanding, compassion, patience, and support have meant so much as we’ve navigated my aunt’s care. I’m truly grateful for his knowledge and guidance throughout the move-in process and beyond.<br><br>Glenda and Willis on the activities team also deserve a special mention. They do a fantastic job keeping residents engaged and connected, and bring such positive energy to everything they do—always with big smiles!<br><br>We also really appreciate the fun family events Ledgewood Bay hosts—they’re a nice way to get to know the residents and it’s something we genuinely look forward to.<br><br>What stands out most is how kind and attentive everyone is. They truly listen and treat both residents and families with respect and compassion.<br><br>Thank you, Ledgewood Bay!

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Shaun even visited Mom in rehab. Vicky goes above and beyond! Kathy, Glenda and Willis make bingo fun for Mom. I highly recommend for Assisted Living
