I had them come to take care of a family member who had dementia , they were very caring above and beyond what was expected! I would recommend this company very highly!

The team is extremely thoughtful and caring with Judy, as previous Director and now Mitchell. Their team continues to grow with staff who are genuinely there for the right reasons and giving their heart to their clients. Thank you!

Care giver sent wasn't anyone matched, but obviously first available. She was useless working with a client with dementia. Hardly did anything, her notes stated she did some things that were obviously not done, spent much personal time on her phone, and brought "crafts" to do herself (nothing a 90 year old client could participate in). When the office was notified the family wasn't happy with her, they stated the agreement dictated a 2 week notice if cancelled. In that case, they would not send anyone new. So, 2 more weeks with someone useless who knew she was being let go. Needless to say, she came 1 more week, and the company was still paid the additional unused week because she was even worse. THEN the company had to be contacted because they never sent back the $1500 deposit!.

To say that I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care that my Mom Marie received from this agency would be an understatement. Her caregiver Beth became part of our family and was so kind, thoughtful and all around the very best person we could have had to care for our Mom. It allowed us to keep her in her home, for that we are grateful. I highly recommend 360 to anyone considering this type of care for their loved ones.

While I understand needing a 24 hour notice for cancelation, please ensure your loved ones know so they don't pass without such notice. This company takes advantage of families in desperate situations. Greedy and unethical.
