We moved my MIL here after hospitalization left her in need of full time care. Erich and his team were kind, compassionate, and wonderful to have on our side as we navigated through bureaucratic nonsense, health challenges, and the hoops caregivers must jump through.<br><br>My MIL felt comfortable and cared for. During her stay StoneBridge helped to provide PT, OT, Speech Therapy, and then finally hospice care. She was respected and cared for until the end. We are extremely grateful for the care she received.

Wish i could give negative! Grandfather would have died if he would have stayed there, w/in a month of him being at a new home he was back to normal. The lady that moved into his room after we moved him ended up in the hospital due to neglagence. Don't walk run from that place. The almost killed my grandfather then they sued us for not giving 30 days notice even though the hospital helped get him moved because he was in such bad shape

My mother has been a resident at Stonebridge Memory Care for about seven months. Transitioning from the comforts of home to a facility is never an easy thing to do, but Erich and the staff there have done an incredible job of making my mom feel at home there. Erich always makes himself available for questions or concerns, and he's a very hands-on director there. I am there often, and I regularly watch the entire staff go out of their way to help make my mom feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. They treat her like family, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion and great care they give. Their jobs are quite demanding and stressful, and we have been so impressed with how they handle the residents with kindness, enormous patience, and a smile every single day. We feel very fortunate to have found Stonebridge.

It was hard having to put our mother in to a Memory Care facility and she recently passed at the age of 90. Our mother lived at Stonebridge from Oct 14, 2022 to February of this year. Erich and his staff did what they could to make our mom as comfortable as possible. The facility is clean, and the caregivers and nurses are knowledgeable and kind. The Director--Erich was quick to return calls and address our questions and concerns. Additionally, the building layout was very conducive to having caregivers close by for the residents. Our mom lived at a few other facilities in Jacksonville, IL and this one was the best.
